This letter is to commend Vanguard Hard Money, and their innovative and most helpful way of approaching the real big challenges experienced by Real Estate Investors looking for financing. We looked up Vanguard Hard Money through the internet and approach them with an idea. Needless to say that we were very skeptical about our unique request, but to our surprise, they took on the project and started to work it out.

They were able to structure a deal for us that allowed us to purchase a property, and fix it with no significant disbursement of our own money. It was a big success!...on another case, and because we partnered up with someone, we had to use the partners lender but found ourselves strapped two days from closing, and the partners lender at the eleventh hour wanted to charge fees over fees, and it made it impossible for us to close.
